abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an antigen-adhering carrier capable of supporting an antigen on a substrate without reducing the recognition ability of the antibody recognition site of the antigen. The method for producing an antigen-adhering carrier of the present invention is a method for obtaining an antigen-adhering carrier in which an antigen is supported on a base material, wherein the base material, the antigen, and the content are 0.001 wt% or more. A dispersion containing a surfactant is prepared, and the antigen is supported on the substrate in the dispersion while stirring the dispersion.
