abstract | [PROBLEMS] In electrodeposition coating using coating curing by ultraviolet rays, without impairing adhesion to a metal plating surface, without increasing brittleness, excellent wear resistance, high hardness and glossy surface. It is good and forms an electrodeposition coating film of various colors. SOLUTION: An ultraviolet curable (meth) acrylic resin 30 containing a (meth) acryloyl group which is an ethylenically unsaturated bond group and having a weight average molecular weight of 2000 to 30000 as a coating film forming component for an electrodeposition coating. ˜90% by weight and 10 to 70% by weight of a bifunctional or polyfunctional (meth) acrylate containing (meth) acryloyl group which is two or more ethylenically unsaturated bond groups in one molecule. An electrodeposition paint containing a coating film forming component is dispersed or dissolved in water containing an acid neutralizer. [Selection figure] None |
