ELECTRIC DOUBLE LAYER CAPACITOR, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE USING THE SAME |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide an electric double layer capacitor having a low internal resistance. An electric double layer capacitor according to the present invention includes an element, an electrolytic solution impregnated in the element, and a case for housing the element and the electrolytic solution. The element includes a pair of positive and negative electrode bodies 3. The separator 4 is disposed so as to face each other, and at least one of the pair of electrode bodies 3 is made of aluminum and attached to at least one of the front and back surfaces of the current collector 1. The current collector 1 includes alloy layers 1a and 1b made of carbon and aluminum. With this configuration, the contact resistance between the electrode layer 2 and the current collector 1 can be reduced. [Selection] Figure 1 |
