titleOfInvention | Method for regenerating conductive support, method for producing photoreceptor using regenerated conductive support, photoreceptor, image forming apparatus and process cartridge using photoreceptor |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a simple reproducing method of a conductive support, a photosensitive member obtained by re-forming a photosensitive layer on the reproducing conductive support, a manufacturing method thereof, an image forming apparatus, and a process cartridge. A photosensitive member having a photosensitive layer containing a resin component on a conductive support (support) is converted into a dibasic acid ester, a release accelerator and reducing electrolysis using the photosensitive layer peeling apparatus of FIG. After immersing in a stripping solution containing water as a component, and applying a fluid force to the stripping solution to uniformly mix the stripping solution, the photosensitive layer is stripped from the surface of the support by the fluidity of the stripping solution. The support from which is peeled is washed with reducing electrolyzed water to obtain a regenerated support. A photosensitive layer is again formed on the reproduction support to obtain a new photoreceptor. An image forming apparatus and a process cartridge are configured using this photoreceptor.
