The inner peripheral surface 31 of the light metal pulley 3 is connected to the outer peripheral surface 21 of the toothed ring 2 so that the serrated tooth portion 33 of the pulley 3 meshes with the serrated tooth portion 23 of the outer peripheral surface 21 of the toothed ring 2.
