Disclosed is a water / oil repellent aqueous dispersion having durable water / oil repellency and excellent storage stability. (A) At least one homopolymer or copolymer of a polymerizable compound having a perfluoroalkyl group or a perfluoroalkenyl group and an acrylic acid group or a methacrylic acid group, or a polymerizable property copolymerizable therewith A water / oil repellent aqueous dispersion comprising a copolymer with a compound, (B) an organic solvent which is tripropylene glycol, and (C) a surfactant. [Effect] A water / oil repellent aqueous dispersion which is effective in reducing environmental pollution and has a durable water / oil repellency and excellent storage stability.
