A polyimide tubular body that secures thermal conductivity and slidability, prevents embrittlement, and simplifies the manufacturing process, and a manufacturing method thereof. A polyimide tubular body comprising a polyimide resin film containing 10 to 48.5% by weight of a polyimide resin, 49.5 to 80% by weight of a thermally conductive inorganic filler, and 2 to 10% by weight of a fluororesin filler. A polyamic acid mixed solution in which the polyimide resin film contains polyamic acid, an imidization catalyst of 0.1 mol to 3 mol with respect to 1 mol of the structural unit of the polyamic acid, the thermally conductive inorganic filler, and the fluororesin filler.
