abstract | A thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in gas barrier property / melt processability / fatigue resistance is obtained from EVOH and a polyamide resin. SOLUTION: (A) 20 to 80 parts by weight of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer having an ethylene composition ratio of 20 to 50 mol% and a saponification degree of 90% or more, (B) a layered silicate modified polyamide prepared by an interlayer polymerization method 80 to 20 parts by weight of resin, (C) hydrophobic plasticizer, 10 to 50 parts by weight and (D) an acid anhydride group with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of component (A) and component (B) The polymer comprises 60 to 150 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of component (A) and component (B), and component (D) is a matrix of components (A), (B) and (C) A thermoplastic elastomer composition which forms a dispersed phase dispersed in a phase.
