abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a production method capable of obtaining an onium salt requiring high purity in a high yield without using a small amount of a solvent or a solvent. In the present invention, a synthesized onium salt is melted at a temperature higher than the melting point or dissolved in a small amount of solvent, and then purified by pressurizing a pressure of 50 to 500 MPa. This manufacturing method includes the following steps. (Step 1) An onium salt is synthesized. (Step 2) Melting or dissolving the onium salt. (Step 3) Pressurizing the high pressure to recrystallize the onium salt. (Step 4) The onium salt crystals are filtered off while reducing the pressure. [Selection figure] None |
