abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a substance having an effect of specifically inhibiting an ADP receptor, particularly a P2Y1 receptor, in an extract extract component of a certain mushroom fruit body or mycelium, and use this as a supplement for preventing thrombosis, An object of the present invention is to provide an inhibitor of P2Y1 receptor that can be used as an antithrombotic agent for the treatment of thrombosis. SOLUTION: One or more fruit bodies and mycelia selected from chanterelles, shiitake mushrooms, hanabiratake, himematsutake, yamabushitake, cordyceps and deer ganoderma, or extracts of these fruit bodies and mycelia are extracted.
