abstract |
Disclosed is a dielectric structure capable of easily controlling a discharge state of plasma. A dielectric substrate, a first electrode provided on a first surface of the dielectric substrate, and a first surface facing the first surface S1 of the dielectric substrate or inside the dielectric substrate. And a second electrode 4b provided on the two surfaces S2. The dielectric structure 1 can generate plasma around the first electrode 4a when a voltage is generated between the first electrode 4a and the second electrode 4b. And the 1st electrode 4a has the some protrusion part P which protruded in the direction parallel to a 1st surface along the outer periphery. [Selection] Figure 2 |
