abstract The present invention is not to extinguish a fire type by putting fire-extinguishing water on a cigarette butt, but to extinguish and collect the fire type from the cigarette butt. SOLUTION: A first shelf member 20 is arranged below a dropping opening 11 which is arranged along a longitudinal direction and into which a cigarette butt is dropped, and receives a cigarette butt dropped from the dropping opening 11. . The first shelf member 20 is provided with a first opening 21, and the cigarette butts passing through the first opening 21 are received by the second shelf member 30. The first shelf member 20 is provided with a first pusher 60 so as to be relatively movable, and pushes the cigarette butts in the longitudinal direction to drop from the first opening 21. The second shelf member 30 is provided with a second pusher 70 so as to be relatively movable, and pushes the cigarette butts in the longitudinal direction and guides them to the collecting member 40. In this way, by moving the first and second shelf members 20 and 30, the fire type is extinguished from the cigarette butts. [Selection] Figure 1
