titleOfInvention | Brushless DC motor rotor |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to prevent magnetic flux leakage with a simple structure in a rotor core of a brushless DC motor provided with a magnet insertion hole used for driving a fan motor. An iron core is provided with an insertion hole in which an arc-shaped magnet is inserted in an outer diameter portion, and a slit that communicates between the gap side of the stator and the magnet side on the outer peripheral side of both ends of the insertion hole. Then, the iron core 2 not provided with the slit 5 is axially connected at the outer peripheral portion and laminated integrally, and the arc-shaped magnet 8 is inserted into the insertion hole 3 to form the rotor 11.
