A resin composition is provided. A radiation-sensitive resin composition is obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable unsaturated compound having an acidic functional group, a polymerizable unsaturated compound having an alicyclic hydrocarbon group, and other polymerizable unsaturated compounds. An alkali-soluble copolymer, a polymerizable unsaturated compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a compound represented by a chemical formula having a monovalent group having a hydrogen atom or a (meth) acryloyl group independently of each other are contained.
