titleOfInvention Bonding structure of carbon fiber anchor and method for forming the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to use a cage-like carbon fiber tape that not only excels in tape shape stability by bundling carbon fiber yarns into a cage shape, but also has excellent flexibility, handleability and formability. Provided is a carbon fiber anchor adhesion structure capable of obtaining high mechanical properties (particularly adhesive strength) in the carbon fiber anchor. In an adhesive structure in which a carbon fiber anchor is bonded to a concrete structure which is an adherend or a carbon fiber sheet attached to a concrete structure, the carbon fiber anchor has a carbon fiber bundle parallel in one direction. The cage-like carbon fiber tapes arranged in the above are impregnated with a resin to form fan-shaped fan portions and rod-shaped embedded portions, and the carbon fiber anchor and the adherend are The adhesive layer is formed by bonding with a resin, and the average thickness of the adhesive layer is in the range of 0 to 3 mm, and the maximum thickness is in the range of 0 to 6 mm.
