titleOfInvention | Vent plug and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | A method of manufacturing a vent plug for a PBT resin porous body, which has a high air permeability, enhances water repellency, and can be mass-produced at low cost, and a material thereof. A compound of PBT, pentaerythritol, and glycerin is prepared. It is shaped by injection molding, and pentaerythritol is extracted from the molded product with hot water. The molded product after hot water extraction becomes a porous body made of PBT. After drying, the porous body is immersed in an organic solvent solution having a methyl silicone compound concentration of 1 to 5%, taken out, dried, and further heated and cured. Use a vent plug.
