abstract |
Disclosed is a fluorine-containing copolymer capable of forming an antifouling film excellent in hydrophilicity, oil repellency, oil repellency in water and long-term durability thereof. A copolymer comprising hydroxyalkyl (meth) acrylamide, dimethylacrylamide and a fluorine-containing compound. In particular, a fluorine-containing copolymer in which hydroxyalkyl (meth) acrylamide is hydroxyethylacrylamide. A coating agent and a coating liquid containing the fluorine-containing copolymer.
