titleOfInvention | A method for producing conductive polymer fine particles, conductive polymer fine particles obtained thereby and an aqueous dispersion thereof, and a flow reactor used in the production method. |
abstract | Provided is a production method capable of efficiently obtaining conductive polymer fine particles capable of forming a conductive thin film having excellent transparency even when the film thickness is large. Furthermore, it is a fine conductive polymer fine particle with a uniform particle size, and it can be obtained by adjusting and controlling each physical property such as its electrical characteristics, and can be suitably adapted to this mass production. The present invention provides a method, conductive polymer fine particles obtained thereby, and an aqueous dispersion thereof, and a flow-type reaction apparatus used therefor. A flow of conductive polymer precursor monomer liquid is introduced into a flow channel of a flow reactor, and the flow-through conductive polymer is used for oxidative polymerization and atomization of the monomer in the flow process. A method for producing conductive polymer fine particles, wherein a magnetic field is applied to a precursor monomer liquid. [Selection figure] None |
