abstract |
A test method for predicting non-alcoholic fatty liver injury is provided. A single nucleotide polymorphism in a base corresponding to the 61st base of a specific nucleotide sequence on a iNOS gene or a single nucleotide polymorphism of a base in linkage disequilibrium with the base is analyzed, and the analysis is performed. A method for examining nonalcoholic fatty liver injury based on the results. A probe for testing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease having a sequence of 10 bases or more including the base at position 61 in a specific base sequence, or a complementary sequence thereof.
