titleOfInvention Inductors and filters
abstract An inductor having high structural strength and high Q value is provided. An inductor includes an air bridge portion and an air bridge portion. The air bridge portion 12 is installed between the plurality of support positions 11 on the substrate 1 so as to float from the substrate 1. The air bridge portion 13 is installed between the plurality of support positions 11 on the air bridge portion 12 so as to be lifted from the first air bridge portion 12. As a result, the air bridge portion 12 and the air bridge portion 13 are connected in parallel to distribute the current, and the conductor loss in each of the air bridge portion 12 and the air bridge portion 13 is reduced.
