titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of rigid foam synthetic resin |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for producing a lightweight rigid foam that uses water as a foaming agent and has excellent adhesion and dimensional stability. In a method for producing a rigid foam in which a polyol compound and a polyisocyanate compound are reacted with water or the like, at least one selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic amine and an alicyclic amine is used as an initiator as the polyol compound. A polyol mixture prepared by ring-opening addition polymerization of ethylene oxide alone and containing a polyoxyethylene polyol having a hydroxyl value of 150 to 800 mgKOH / g, in which polymer fine particles are stably dispersed, is used, and water is used as a foaming agent.
