PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyrazine derivative that can be detected in vivo and used in a number of medical procedures. A method of producing an N, N′-alkylated diaminopyrazine comprising combining a diaminopyrazine compound and a carbonyl compound in the presence of a reducing agent.
