titleOfInvention | Suture with medical suture needle |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a capsular capsule holding suture that performs cataract extraction operation and intraocular lens capsule implantation in a cataract patient more safely, and stabilizes postoperative visual acuity particularly in a patient with fragile or torn chin band. A lens capsule holding thread is attached to an ophthalmic suture needle, which is used at the time of cataract extraction surgery and intraocular lens capsule implantation, and holds the lens capsule after the operation. In particular, a suture needle with a suture serving as a capsular capsule holding thread of the present invention is used for a cataract operation of a cataract patient having a chin band which is fragile or torn. The suture thread of the suture needle with the capsular bag holding thread of the present invention is implanted, stabilizes the capsular bag after the operation, and contributes to the postoperative visual stability of the patient.
