titleOfInvention | Photosensitive composition, photosensitive laminate, permanent pattern forming method, and printed circuit board |
abstract | Kind Code: A1 A photosensitive composition capable of achieving not only developability, hardness, heat resistance, and sensitivity, but also excellent plating resistance and storage stability required as a solder resist, and a photosensitive layer containing the photosensitive composition. There are provided a photosensitive laminate, a permanent pattern forming method using the photosensitive composition, and a printed board on which a permanent pattern is formed by the permanent pattern forming method. The photosensitive composition of the present invention comprises a binder, a polymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a thermal crosslinking agent, and a compound represented by the following general formula (1). Embedded image However, in the general formula (1), X represents an organic connecting chain selected from the group consisting of —O—, —NH—, —NY—, —S—, —CH 2 —, and —Ar—. Y represents an organic functional group. Ar represents an arylene group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms in total. In the general formula (1), R represents an organic functional group.
