Disclosed is a curable composition for nanoimprints, which is excellent in pattern transfer accuracy, releasability from a mold, surface strength of a cured film to be obtained, and heat resistance (transparency) of the resulting cured film. A curable composition comprising a compound (A) having a polymerizable functional group structure and a linear polysiloxane structure, a (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer (B), and a photoradical generator (C). The content of the (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer in the curable composition is 60% by mass or more, and the (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer contained in the curable composition.
