abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast polyurethane resin-forming composition for a sealing material of a membrane module capable of providing a sealing material having excellent heat resistance for improving the performance of a blood treatment device or a water purifier. A polyurethane resin-forming composition comprising resin fine particles (C) comprising a synthetic polymer (c), preferably comprising two liquids of an isocyanate component (A) and a polyol component (B). The resin fine particles (C) are contained in at least one of the isocyanate component (A) and the polyol component (B), and preferably the resin fine particles (C) are obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer in the polyol (b1).
