abstract | In a power storage device in which a storage battery is housed and embedded in a housing, a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal are not corroded even if condensation occurs in the housing. A power storage device of the present invention includes a storage battery 4 having a positive electrode terminal 7 and a negative electrode terminal 8, and a housing 5 for housing the storage battery 4, and the potential of the negative electrode terminal 8 is higher than the potential of the ground. Are also configured to satisfy at least one of the first condition for maintaining the base potential and the second condition for maintaining the potential of the positive terminal 7 at a higher potential than the ground potential.
