titleOfInvention | Process for producing aromatic polyethersulfone particles and aromatic polyethersulfone particles |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for easily producing aromatic polyethersulfone particles having hydroxyphenyl end groups. The hydroxy polyether sulfone particles are precipitated in the presence of a surfactant after heating an aromatic polyether sulfone, a dihydric phenol compound or water, and a basic compound. A method for producing aromatic polyethersulfone particles having phenyl end groups. A composition comprising a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin obtained by alloying the aromatic polyethersulfone particles obtained in this way has a fine dispersion of the aromatic polyethersulfone particles in the polymer matrix, and even to the nano size. It is possible to provide a thermoplastic resin alloy and a thermosetting resin alloy that are dispersed and have excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, and electrical properties.
