The present invention relates to a food composition containing a coagulated protein, comprising (A) a hydrated protein stabilizer, (B) a dispersed coagulated protein material, and (C) a flavor material. Also, combining (A) a hydrated protein stabilizer, (B) a dispersed coagulated protein material, and (C) a flavor material to form a blend, and pasteurizing and homogenizing the blend. A method of preparing a food composition containing coagulation protein is also disclosed. |
