titleOfInvention | Novel 5-thioxylopyranose derivatives |
abstract | A novel 5-thioxylopyranose derivative is provided. The object of the present invention is to provide a novel 5-thioxylose compound, preferably a 5-thioxylopyranose type derivative, and its preparation process, and its use as an active ingredient in pharmaceuticals, in particular for the treatment or prevention of thrombosis. Relates to its use as an active ingredient of pharmaceuticals. The compound has the chemical formula (I). In the formula (I), the following pentapyranosyl group represents an unsubstituted or substituted 5-thio-β-D-xylopyranosyl group, and R ′, R ″, and R ′ ″ each independently represent a hydrogen atom, C 2 or represents -C 6 acyl group, or, two of adjacent of which is to form a 1-methylethylidene bridge over structure, X 1 and X 2 each represent a carbon or nitrogen atom, Y 1 and Y 2 Each independently represents a carbon, nitrogen, sulfur or oxygen atom, provided that when Y 2 is an oxygen or sulfur atom, Y 1 represents a carbon or nitrogen atom and R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and R 5 are each independently a hydrogen atom; —COOR 6 group (wherein R 6 represents a hydrogen atom or a C 1 -C 4 alkyl group); a phenyl ring, a halogen atom or —COOR 6 C 1 -C optionally substituted with a group 4 alkyl group; C 1 -C 4 alkoxy groups; C 2 -C 6 acyl group; a benzoyl group; or a phenyl ring. Further provided are addition salts of compounds of formula (I) and active metabolites of compounds of formula (I). [Chemical 1] [Selection figure] None |
