In the process of permanent hair shaping, a curling sheet for winding hair is made of or includes a superabsorbent material, the curling sheet having a thickness of 0.5 mm to 10 mm, a width of 20 mm to 100 mm, and A curling sheet having a length of 60 to 200 mm. |
