abstract | The present invention includes a tank (110) and a lid (150), and a chamber (100) that defines a sealed space that is pressure-controlled in a closed state, and is disposed inside the chamber (100). An assembly (200) that can be removed from the chamber (200) when opened, the assembly (200) comprising a support frame (210) and a plurality of plates (250) supported by the support frame (210). The chamber (100) includes means for culturing cells or microorganisms by continuously sterilizing the chamber contents, inoculating the culture medium in the plate (250) and controlling the atmosphere in the chamber (100).
