abstract |
An activated carbon honeycomb catalyst bed for removing mercury and other toxic metals from coal combustion exhaust gas is disclosed, but not limited thereto. The activated carbon honeycomb can, for example, have a simple design and remove mercury from the exhaust gas at a rate greater than 90% without adding additional substances to the exhaust gas. A method for manufacturing the disclosed honeycomb catalyst bed is also disclosed, but is not limited thereto. |
