The present invention relates to a scaffold that can be used as a medical device for guided tissue regeneration and repair, and in particular, the present invention is a scaffold comprising fibers having an average fiber diameter of about 1.2 to 4.0 μm. The scaffold is intended for the fiber containing glycolide. The invention further relates to the use of a scaffold for the selective capture of cell populations of cell sources. |
