abstract |
Various system embodiments are configured to provide a stimulator configured to send a stimulation signal for heart failure treatment and a plurality of at least a first measurement of the heart failure status and a second measurement of the heart failure status. A sensor and a controller are included. The controller is connected to the stimulator and a number of sensors. The controller is configured to use the first and second measurements to create a heart failure status index and to control the stimulator to modulate the signal using the index. Other forms and embodiments are provided herein. |
