abstract | The present invention relates to a solid-phase paint film for a substrate, which is a copolymer of 10% to 90% by weight of a monomer containing a heterocyclic basic group together with other monomers and does not contain vinylpyrrolidone as a monomer component. It relates to the use as an additive for paints to improve the adhesion of the paint. The present invention further provides a solid-phase paint for a base material, in which a copolymer containing 10% to 90% by weight of a monomer containing a heterocyclic basic group is copolymerized with other monomers and does not contain vinylpyrrolidone as a monomer component. It relates to cured and uncured polymer compositions, which are included as additives for improving film adhesion. |
