titleOfInvention | Medical occlusion screen mounting system and method |
abstract | A medical occlusion screen device for first and second tissue portions is provided, the device comprising a mesh screen comprising a tubular longitudinal riser, and a longitudinal strand comprising fibers with barbs. And a transverse spacer for joining the risers and the strands in a lattice form. An optional peripheral member partially surrounds the screen and can include a peripheral tube fluidly coupled to a vertical riser to form a tube assembly. Various input / output devices can optionally be connected to the end of the peripheral tube to drain the exfoliation from the irrigation and / or exfoliation according to the method of the present invention. Exfoliation occlusion, irrigation and drainage methods have been disclosed using various combinations of occlusion screens, tubes, sutures, fluid transfer members and gradient force sources. The use of mechanical force on strands with barbs to reposition and secure the exfoliated tissue is disclosed. Also disclosed is the use of mechanical force to remove or reduce deformation of the subcutaneous cavity or sac cavity that can form hematomas and seromas. Further, alternative embodiments of medical occlusion screen mounting systems and methods are disclosed. [Selection] Figure 1 |
