titleOfInvention | High resolution chromosome mapping |
abstract | The present invention generally relates to spatial and structural genomic analysis compositions that can be used for structural analysis of chromosome mapping and chromosome rearrangement, including whole chromosomes and specific portions or regions of interest of chromosomes. In some embodiments, for example, the first detection substance 13 and the second detection substance 14 different from the first detection substance can be used to distinguish a plurality of genomes. The detection substance may be fixed with respect to the oligonucleotides 11 and 12 and may be selected so as to bind to different places in the chromosome 25. For example, the oligonucleotide can be at least substantially complementary to the chromosome, eg, substantially complementary to a particular location on the chromosome. [Selection] Figure 5 |
