titleOfInvention Collimator manufacturing method
abstract The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a collimator having an X-ray transmission substrate. The collimator manufacturing method includes a step of forming a first slit having a first side wall and a second side wall in a substrate, and a step of filling the first slit with an X-ray absorber. The X-ray absorber extends from the first side wall to the second side wall. The manufacturing method further includes forming a second slit extending from the remaining X-ray absorbing material to the second side wall by removing a part of the X-ray absorbing material, and forming the second slit by the X-ray transmitting material. Filling. The method further includes forming a third slit extending from the remaining X-ray transparent material to the second sidewall by removing a portion of the X-ray transparent material. Finally, the method includes filling the third slit with an X-ray absorber. Based on the present invention, collimators having any desired aspect ratio can be manufactured.
