titleOfInvention | Proteome fingerprinting of human IVF-derived embryos: a method for identifying biomarkers of developmental potential |
abstract | The present invention discloses biomarkers and biomarker combinations that have prognostic value as predictors of the developmental potential of individual IVF-derived human embryos. In particular, the biomarkers of the present invention are useful for classifying embryos that have implantability or nonimplantability after intrauterine implantation. Furthermore, biomarkers can be detected by non-invasive methods that do not damage the developing embryo. Not only a method using a plurality of classifiers for making a diagnosis with high accuracy of development potential, but also a kit for predicting development potential for detecting the biomarker of the present invention is disclosed. |
