Method and system for optical imaging of epithelial luminal organs by beam scanning |
abstract |
Methods, apparatus, and systems are provided for acquiring data for one or more portions within a lumen or hollow sample. The method, system or device can be inserted through a patient's mouth or nose. For example, the first optical component can emit and receive electromagnetic radiation to the part. A second component that at least partially surrounds the first optical component may be provided. Furthermore, the third component can be configured to be operable such that the first optical component is located at a predetermined site within the lumen or hollow sample. The first optical configuration unit may be configured to correct an aberration (for example, astigmatism) generated by the second configuration unit or the third configuration unit. The second component can include one or more portions into which the guide component can be inserted. Other devices configured to measure the pressure inside one or more portions can also be provided. The data may include the position or orientation of the first optical component relative to the lumen or hollow sample. [Selection] Figure 3 |
