The present invention relates to novel sequences for use in detecting, diagnosing and treating cancer, in particular lymphomas. The present invention provides cancer associated (CA) polynucleotide sequences, the expression of which is associated with cancer. The present invention provides CA polypeptides associated with cancer that are presented on the cell surface and that present novel therapeutic targets for cancer. The invention further provides a diagnostic composition of cancer and a method for detection of cancer. The present invention provides monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies specific for CA polypeptides. The invention also provides diagnostic tools and therapeutic compositions, as well as methods for screening, prevention and treatment of cancer. |
