The present invention relates to novel sequences for use in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of cancer, in particular lymphomas. The present invention provides cancer associated (CA) polynucleotide sequences whose expression is associated with cancer. The present invention provides cancer-associated CA polypeptides that are present on the cell surface and represent new therapeutic targets for cancer. The invention further provides diagnostic compositions and methods for the detection of cancer. The present invention provides monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies specific for CA polypeptides. The invention also provides diagnostic tools and compositions and methods for cancer screening, prevention and treatment. |
