titleOfInvention | Coating film manufacturing process based on oxide ceramics adapted to the shape of the substrate with relief characteristics |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for producing a layer of oxide ceramic that is compatible with a substrate having relief properties, the process comprising depositing a layer of a sol-gel solution that is a precursor of said ceramic on said substrate; A step of heat-treating the layer to change the layer into the ceramic, wherein both steps are optionally repeated one or more times, and the sol-gel solution that is the precursor of the ceramic continuously performs the following steps: It is created based on the process which has. a) preparing a first solution by contacting a metal molecular precursor or a plurality of molecular precursors to be incorporated into the ceramic compound with a medium comprising a diol solvent and an optional aliphatic monoalcohol; in b) a) The obtained solution is left as it is for a necessary and sufficient time to obtain a solution having a substantially constant viscosity. C) The solution obtained in b) is optionally the same diol solvent or step as the solvent in step a). Dilute to the specified volume with a diol solvent that is miscible with the solvent used in a).
