abstract The present invention provides a pyrazolopyrimidinone derivative, its preparation method and use, and its chemical structural formula is as follows: [Chemical 1] Such a class of derivatives has been shown by pharmacological tests to have potent PDE5 inhibitory activity, and some compounds have stronger PDE5 inhibitory activity than PDE6. Most of the compounds have low toxicity. The class of derivatives can be used clinically to ameliorate or treat cardiovascular systems, urinary symptoms or diseases, particularly symptoms or diseases including erectile dysfunction.
