titleOfInvention | GlycoPEGylated Factor VII and Factor VIIA |
abstract | The present invention provides a complex between Factor VII or Factor VIIa peptide and a PEG moiety. The conjugate is interposed between the peptide and the modifying group and linked through a covalently linked intact glycosyl linking group. Complexes are formed from both glycosylated and unglycosylated peptides by the action of glycosyltransferases. Glycosyltransferases link modified carbohydrate moieties to either amino acids or glycosyl residues on the peptide. A pharmaceutical formulation comprising this complex is also provided. The method of preparing the complex is also within the scope of the present invention. |
