titleOfInvention | Water-soluble chitosan nanoparticles for anticancer drug transmitter and method for producing the same |
abstract | A water-soluble chitosan nanoparticle for an anticancer drug transmitter and a method for producing the same are provided. The present invention relates to a water-soluble chitosan nanoparticle for a carrier of an anticancer agent and a method for producing the same, wherein water-soluble chitosan is used as a basic component of the anticancer substance transmitter and is negatively charged by a strong positive charge of the amine group of the water-soluble chitosan By forming a complex with DNA and introducing another functional group at the position of a free amine group that is also excellent and highly reactive as a gene carrier, it is possible to target the target site, thereby providing an anticancer agent. An efficient water-soluble chitosan nanoparticle for drug delivery and a method for producing the same are provided. The water-soluble chitosan nanoparticle for an anticancer drug transmitter of the present invention can easily encapsulate the anticancer drug paclitaxel by introducing a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group at the position of the free amine group where the water-soluble chitosan is highly reactive, This water-soluble chitosan nano-paclitaxel has an excellent re-dispersing ability and accumulates in many tumor cells to show an anticancer effect.
