Disclosed are compositions and methods for producing compositions comprising immunoglobulins or immunoglobulin fragments having an N-linked glycosylation pattern consisting primarily of GlcNAcMan 3 GlcNAc 2 N-glycan structures. This GlcNAcMan 3 GlcNAc 2 N-glycan structure has an effect of increasing the binding to the FcγRiπ receptor and decreasing the binding to the FcγRH receptor. |
