abstract | It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a calcium carbonate-containing slurry, wherein the calcium carbonate-containing slurry acts as one or more zirconium compounds, and optionally as a dispersing and / or grinding aid. Prepared by adding one or more additional additives, free of phosphate. Another object of the present invention is the calcium carbonate-containing slurry thus obtained, and the dried calcium carbonate inorganic pigment obtained from drying of such a slurry. A further object of the present invention is the use of such slurries and such dry inorganic pigments as fillers, such as for papermaking, plastics in plastic coatings or for aqueous paint compositions. Papers, paints and plastics containing such slurries and such dry pigments are also an object of the present invention. |
