titleOfInvention | Propylene-based block copolymer production method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerization method of a propylene-based block copolymer in which short path particles are selectively inactivated to achieve a balance between catalytic activity and gel suppression. The present invention uses n (n ≧ 4) connected polymerization tanks in the presence of (A) a solid catalyst component and (B) a Ziegler-Natta catalyst formed from an organoaluminum compound. In the continuous production method of a propylene-based block copolymer, a homopolymer component of propylene is produced in the 1st to (n-1) th polymerization tank, and a copolymer component composed of propylene and ethylene is produced in the nth polymerization tank. In the (n-1) -th polymerization tank and the n-th polymerization tank, polymerization is performed under the condition in which alcohol is present. [Selection figure] None |
